Firstly it does not alter the shape of your face and secondly the hyaluronic acid is formulated such that it breaks down after 28 days. The main benefit of Profhilo is the bio-remodelling effect it can have on the skin.

How is the treatment carried out?
There are 5 injections given on either side of the face in specific areas. The initial treatment comprises 2 sessions 4 weeks apart. This is strongly advised to see the full effect of the treatment. Following this, one session is recommended after 6 months OR after 9 months you have 2 sessions 4 weeks apart.
