If you’re a dentist and would like to refer a patient to our practice, please use our referral form.
For a small fee of £50, you can refer a patient to our practice for an OPG to be taken. It’s both quicker and cheaper than a hospital referral. Simply use our form and select ‘OPG’ from the options.
